You should consider keeping a log of your mother's medicines, food intake, sleeping and exercise schedules to have some idea about whether she is near the slippery slope physically and mentally, IMHO. Do the research to determine which foods she should be eating and avoiding with her multiple conditions. Patients in her condition generally require a lot of water to keep their system hydrated, which allows the body to work more efficiently. Add electrolytes to the regimen if she shows signs of cramping muscles. 

The bottom line for me is that not being on the Nano Silver - Sodium Borate regimen creates far greater risks to ourselves and those around us than being on the regimen, when we are facing what Dr. Ana characterizes as an extinction-level event.
