In other videos, you can hear shots before the SS snipers fire from the red roof. The roof shooters obviously saw the gun man and knew he was there, which is why they were already aligned and ready to shoot. I suspect they recruited him with a promise of just jail, and given that anyone against Trump receives no punishment, they probably promised him that outcome, too, or a few months in a mental facility. Unfortunately, the shooter had to die. The plan was probably to shoot Trump dead, and the SS snipers would shoot the Trump shooter...no one left to talk outside a small unit assigned this operation.
