Dr Neha mentioned 1 to 2 MG per day but I did not see a particular kind. I did it quick search and noticed orotate lithium came up frequently. Do you find out anything else?
Hi Ann, he did not see my comment but he mentioned again on another newsletter that he is adding it to the regiment. I am going to add it as well. Some where around 5mg. It appears to be readily available. Welcome!
Thank you so much...i will look on amazon. this is off topic but i just sold my home in alabama and i am looking for like minded communities do you know any ...like a place where the neighbors have a common garden or something like that
Yes, it’s Lithium Orotate. I’ve used it in the past and even had my aunt on it. I learned through research how good it is for the brain, but didn’t really understand how so till Dr Nehls explained it.
I would NOT suggest anyone just jumping in on the lithium bandwagon (JMHO)
Everyone do some research and get at least a hair mineral analysis done first.
Everyone's lithium levels are different.
Some may not need it.
Dr. Nehl's did a good job however he did not give any credit in reference to the use of "nutritional lithium" to Dr. Greenblatt and Dr. Jonathan Wright who are the pioneers on prescribing nutritional lithium (lithium orotate).
Dr. Greenblatt shared that he has been prescribing nutritional lithium for 30 years and has compared notes with Dr. Jonathan Wright of the Tahoma Clinic, who has been prescribing nutritional lithium for almost 40 years.
Instead of going into all the technical research on nutritional lithium (orotate) I would suggest reading this article which is VERY well done.
Thank you for writing and for providing this important information. Anyone adding something new to their healthcare regimen must always do their research! We agree that being on the Nano Silver - Sodium Borate Weight Chart regimen provides dozens of health benefits that includes pineal gland decalcification that oftentimes is the remedy for brain fog.
Anyone with thoughts of adding Lithium to their regimen should do the research on toxicity-overdose side effects. Some people will find that their brain fog gets worse by jumping onto the Lithium bandwagon without doing their research.
The important fact to keep in mind is that treating the brain and brain fog in particular can be very tricky. Someone getting plenty of Lithium in their diet, but with a calcified pineal gland, can cause their brain fog symptoms to get worse. This can lead some people to increase the Lithium doses and at a time when they are losing the ability to think coherently, which sends them down a slippery slope from which some may never return. I highly recommend that anyone not already on the Nano Silver - Sodium Borate Weight Chart regimen to get on the protocol first to then monitor their brain fox symptoms carefully using a written log-dairy. Decalcifying the pineal gland may remedy the symptoms entirely, as being on the regimen can make a person feel brand new in many ways. Then, do your research and follow Dr. Deborah's recommendations about getting tested to perhaps include Lithium as part of your healthcare regimen.
Terral, I believe you are considering adding lithium to the regiment. Can you expand on this for your supporters when you are able? Thank you.
M.S. interview starts at 1:25:00.
I knew about lithium, but I learned so much more from this great interview with Dr Neil’s

OK thanks, he suggested 1 to 2 MG a day. What did you think about the right amount would be from that interview? Thank you
1 mg is what it’s sold in. 1 mg works, ya just have to give it about a week to notice it working.
Thanks for the post.

Plus, most of the brain hippo. deterioration is due to years of excess fluoride.
The borax will clean that out of ALL brain structures calcified...
