Terral your take on this Youtube video content someone sent, an allegation that HAARP might've had something to do with the Fukushima quake. The person in the video does not seem sure of his research. And likely does not know of the black star.

Would/could HAARP be used to track the black star instead, perhaps like the Ice Cube neutrino observatory in Antarctica?
